Because personalised items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If a personalised item is faulty or not as ordered please contact us and we will provide a suitable remedy.
Non-Personalised Items
We offer returns or exchanges for non-personalised items if:

The item is unused and in original condition

Change-of-mind returns are not eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty under the CGA.
