The maximum number of letters is 9 per embroidery. Spaces are allowed and count toward the maximum number of letters (for example, “ABCD EFGH” uses 9 slots), but you should only select the option based on the number of letters being embroidered.

For example:

• “A B” = 2 letters → choose “2 Letters”

• “ABC” = 3 letters → choose “3 Letters”
